vesselID: The UID of the vessel being controlled or monitored.
Intergrid: Specifies which intergrid should be sent control values (used in Modes 0 & 1).
Mode: Specifies which mode the module should use.
Orient: Specifies which orientation the module should use (only used in Mode 1)
