Weapons

A proposed design for Endeavour’s exterior has been around for a while now in basic form, described as resembling two destroyers flipped and fused together at the waterline. As the interior spaces are laid out and exterior components added the design has proven resilient, with only minor refinements made so far (although that could change at any time).
Endeavour’s mission is one of exploration and discovery. In an unknown and distant environment however, the vessel must be able to defend itself if needed. There are already known threats to the ISDC’s mission from other terrestrial deep space programs and potentially other alien species.
What We Do The Tactical Branch is responsible for the defence of the vessel through the operation of weapons and countermeasure systems and for providing detailed and accurate information about the vessel's operating environment
This course covers the operation of the torpedo system, including setting up firing solutions, torpedo configuration and weapons direction.
