The torps are a fraction over three metres in length. They have a square shape and a distinctive set of fins towards the rear which have a number of purposes.

During launch, the fins fit into grooves inside a tube's railgun launcher (magnetically isolated from the launcher's surface), stabilising the torp as it's propelled down the tube.

The fins also mount transceivers used by the wire guidance system after launch.

The cone at the front of the torp contains sensor equipment for the torp's onboard guidance systems. Right behind that is the ordnance pack, which can be varied depending on the torp's mission requirements. A standard configuration includes sequenced explosives which drive an armour-piercing rod, although a torp can also be equipped with sensor packs for use as a long range probe.

At the rear of the torp is the RCS unit, a chemical rocket engine that is used to steer the torp (all of a torp's forward velocity is derived from launch). Fuel for the RCS comes from tanks located just forward of the fins (with any unused fuel igniting on impact).

What's the scale?

Good point! I added dimensions to the popup image in the post. 

The torps are 3 metres long and the main body is 45cm high/wide. 54 cm fin-tip to fin-tip.

Which is about half the length of a Mk48 or Spearfish and only slightly smaller comparing width to diameter (although the square shape provides more internal volume than a cylindrical form factor).
