We recently updated the careers section of the crew website to simplify the way career options are presented, focussing on the roles that are most in demand right now.

The centrepiece is a chart with crew roles surrounding a deckplan of the bridge, showing where each is stationed. Clicking a role opens an overview including what crew would do in that role and how to get there.

Online training is available at the Academy for helm and tactical roles and is being rolled out for new engineering and science systems.
