Obsessed with statistics and efficiency. Astarlia did not have a great reputation in previous jobs because she couldn't keep her mouth shut when people were doing things the stupid way. She was recruited to ISDC by an ex-employer who thought were talents would be better harnessed to working with the bright talent the ISDC would attract, or failing that she would be on a spaceship VERY FAR AWAY.
